100% Olefin; a synthetic fiber also used to make upholstery and carpeting.
This non woven fabric is equally strong in all directions and is tear resistant.
Highly visible for groups or in emergency situations and at night.

Launder your Tyvek items once or twice per year depending on use.
Though people have put them in the washer and dryer, this reduces the
water resistant quality. Gentle hand washing with a shake out and/or
towel blot is recommended. Squeezing or wringing is not recommended.
Between laundering, wipe clean with a damp cloth . Use soap if desired.
Avoid oil based substances. Try laundry treatment or full strength bleach on a
cotton tip for these. Try to lift off stain rather than rubbing.

Do paint over any permanent stains to personalize and extend the use of your garment.
Any acrylic fabric paint works well. (Must be fabric paint.)
Also try permanent markers or ball point pen.
Home dyes give only a light color and tend to fade.

Cut small holes for ventilation or decoration. Tyvek does not fray.
